Self-Surrenders, Unescorted Transfers and Inmate Designations: Everything you need to know!
A JT Special Report© which chronologically lists the events and timetable of the defendant from the day of his sentencing to his arrival at his designated prison. The factors determining the defendant’s initial designation are explored as well as security level factors influencing both the defendant and the choice of institution. The chronology includes the events which occur for both a self-surrendering defendant and a defendant bound over to the U.S. Marshals Service. Unescorted Transfers to Community Corrections Centers (halfway houses) are also discussed.
