PSI Interview Preparation
A critical part of the process of shortening your sentence includes the Presentence Investigation Report. This is where we present your current and history to the judge. This allows the judge to then decern the seriousness of your sentence.
Before you we present your circumstance to the judge, we make an effort to meet with you and prepare for this step in the conviction process. We want to earn you the highest amount of time on release.
Collateral Documentation
Included in the process of preparing for your PSI Interview, we will gather different documentation for your presentation. We use various resources, such as research, documents, court cases, central office files, communication with both you and your family, the Court, and other appropriate entities.
These documents are especially important so that we can show them to the judge for the determination of application acceptance.
