Dr. Barson is a passionate advocate for prison reform, leveraging his expertise to secure early releases under compassionate release laws and promote a justice system rooted in humanity and fairness.
Nick Nishimura
Client Relationship Coordinator, expertly managing all prison mail and email communications. Nick ensures meticulous preparation of submission packages and provides prompt, precise responses to client inquiries, ensuring seamless coordination and satisfaction.
Rachel Forrest
Inmate Advocate & Billing Manager: Rachel serves as a vital advocate for our clients' loved ones, bridging the gap between complex justice system navigation and compassionate family support.
With a career spanning 20+ years in customer relations and accounting, she excels at providing clear communication and dedicated advocacy during difficult times. Rachel also oversees all billing and financial processes, ensuring that every client receives seamless, professional service backed by two decades of financial expertise.

In addition, I have developed specific programs and techniques to properly position our clients for eligibility and acceptance into the four BOP sentence reduction programs—the 500-Hour Residential Drug Abuse Program, the Second Chance Act Program, the Compassionate Release Program, and the Commutation of Sentence Program.
